The Poncho has arrived!

Since I wore my lovely (literally hot off my giant knitting needles) newly designed Poncho at Simply Cheshire at Arley Hall I have had lots of requests for it. Plus lot of questions...... Is it on the website? What colours do I do it in? How much is it? Is it Merino Wool?

Well here it is and I've added some new stunning colours to the collection too!

This is the NEW Candy Floss Pink. What do you think?

And the NEW Soft Peach....

I love it in the Marl Grey too!

I simply adore this Chunky Knit Poncho and I'm guessing that if you've read this far then you might quite like it too and thank you for that!

Now for the details.....

Made from 100% Hypoallergenic Merino Wool The Poncho is sure to keep you cosy whenever you feel the need to cover up your chilly shoulders. Plus the temperature regulating properties of Merino wool will ensure that you won't over heat if you pull this on over a summer outfit on a chilly evening, yet it will also keep you cosy and warm during the cooler months of the year.

This is a One Size fits most garment and measurements when flat are approximately:

70cm across the hem

25cm gap at the neck

50cm in length from neck to hemline

The neck hole in my opinion is a perfect size to pull over your head without messing up your hairdo and you won't cover poncho in makeup either.

The length is roughly to an adults elbow. (The model in the photo is size 8 but i'm considerably larger and it comes to my elbow too)

The width is quite stretchy! One of the beautiful attributes of Merino Wool is that it is natually very elastic and yet will always bounce back to keep it's original shape once stretched.

The images above show this beautiful Poncho in two new colours for the Dunnknit Designs collection. The lovely Candy floss Pink and the stunning Soft Peach. The other image shows the Marl Grey option although the Poncho is available in lots of different colours. (There may even be a beautiful Denim Blue in the pipeline).

As with all Dunnknit Designs, once knitted up, each Poncho is then carefully hand processed to bond the Merino fibres in order to make the Chunky Merino wool as durable as possible whilst still being wonderfully soft and cosy. (Please bear in mind that each one is slightly different due to the hand finish and natural wool) With care this Poncho should last for years to come!

And the Cost..... £110
