I hope you are completely happy with your Dunnknit Designs purchase but if you are not satisfied, please feel free to contact me on and we can discuss the issue and come to an agreement on how best to address it.


Because each item is 'HAND MADE TO ORDER', items will not be accepted for refund due to a change of mind or lack of care. Please pay careful attention to the care instructions that can be found on the website and on the Take Care card which will arrive in your package. Wool, in particular, needs to be cared for properly in order to ensure your products have a long life.

Although the up-most care has been taken to represent the true colours of the Merino Wool available, please bear in mind that this is a natural product and colours may vary slightly. Prior to production of your item a sample wool swatch may be available to ensure an accurate colour choice.

In exceptional circumstances an exchange may be agreed.  In such an event the purchaser will be responsible for payment of postage as unfortunately I cannot cover the costs of returned and exchanged items.

In the unlikely event that there is a fault with the product, it needs to be returned for inspection in its original condition, unused and unwashed with all the original labels, packaging and proof of purchase within 14 days of receipt. If the goods do not reach Dunnknit Designs in this condition then your right to a full refund may be affected. Postage will only be refunded if the item is found to be faulty, otherwise the cost of returning the goods will be at your own expense. This does not affect your statutory rights.

If required, please contact me for the return address stating the issue and when and where the product was purchased. Please notify me within 7 days of receipt if you are unsatisfied with your product for any reason.

When returning an item, it is recommend that you use a recorded service as I am not responsible for items that are lost or damaged in the post. Items remain your responsibility until they reach me. Return postage costs will not be refunded unless the item is found to be faulty.


Bespoke Items 

If an item is created to bespoke criteria, that is to say if it has been made to specific size or colour then it is not eligible for a refund or exchange.  Please do bear this in mind when ordering.
